Displacement & Dialogue is a DW Akademie-funded South Asia project running 2024–2026. Power99 is the first Pakistani organisation working directly with Afghan IDPs and refugees in KP and Balochistan — training young community reporters in mental health reporting, digital security, ethical journalism, and audio production. Trainees produce and air radio programmes, podcasts, and digital stories focused on education, protection, and the rights of displaced communities. Radio Listeners Clubs are established in displacement camps to ensure community feedback shapes programming.
Wer sich bewerben kann
Displaced or refugee community members in KP or Balochistan. Basic literacy in Urdu, Pashto or Dari. Commitment to 3-month program.
